People, Places, and Partnerships
Spartanburg Housing

Soon after assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer in late September 2019 and celebrating 80 years of service to the Spartanburg community, the team and I began to prepare for evolution of the Spartanburg Housing Authority.

As we celebrated a new year, we could not have imagined what was ahead as the agency quickly pivoted to modify operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. From working remotely and changing inspection protocols to distributing face coverings and closing real estate transactions. Even during a pandemic, we continued to lead, serve, be resilient. and re-imagine this organization. We have re-branded our organization and now we are Spartanburg Housing.

Browse our highlights for 2020 to get a glimpse of our accomplishments during unprecedented times. As we continue to adjust to our "new normal", our team will continue to focus on our three strategic pillars People, Places, and the Partnerships.
