Multi-Family Service Coordination
Spartanburg Housing provides Service Coordination to JC Bull Apartments. The Multi-Family Service Coordinator assesses and coordinates services for individuals 62 years or older living on the property to ensure they age in place while living independently.
Essential Services:
- General intake and assessments
- Identify needs
- Monitor services and follow-up with needed resources
- Coordinate educational and wellness programs
- Collaborate with community partners to provide services and goods
