Public Housing Elderly and Disabled Services
Spartanburg Housing Elderly and Disable Services Program provides two Services Coordinators to ensure that Elderly and Disabled Residents are linked to supportive services to allow them to age in place in their home.
Essential Activities:
- Conduct intake and assessments
- Identify needs
- Monitor services and follow-up
- Coordinate educational and wellness programs
- Connect and collaborate with community partners and agencies to provide services and goods.
