- A total of forty-one units consisting of 36 one-bedroom units and five two-bedrooms apartments, Parkside at Drayton Senior Apartments were built in 2019.
- The apartments are fully equipped with range, refrigerator, washer hook-ups along with central heat and air conditioning.
- Utilities are included.
