Housing Waiting List Opening - 500 Northside Station

Spartanburg Housing will accept applications for the 18 Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) units located at: 
Northside Station Apartments
500 Howard Street
Spartanburg, SC 29306

Applications will only be accepted electronically by applying at portal shasc.org beginning Friday, November 8, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
The application portal will close on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 4:00 PM.

• Located at 170 Arch Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303
• 500 Northside Station is a $17M mixed-income rental housing development that includes 90 units of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. 81 units being a mix of affordable housing and 9 market-rate housing units.
• All apartments include a range, refrigerator, and central heat/air. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
