Landlord Incentive Program

Spartanburg Housing Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher program has implemented a new Landlord Incentive program effective April 1, 2021. This program is designed to increase the number of affordable housing units in the community.
New Landlord Bonus
This is a one-time bonus of $500 for a new landlord who has not participated as a landlord in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Current Landlord Bonus
This is a one-time bonus of $100 to $300 for current landlords who continue to support the families in the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
